Shipping & Tracking

Both DHL and UPS stop shipping vapes to US since 1st March, 2021.

Now Air Cargo shipping is the only available shipping method which is still allowed to ship vapes to United States.

Air Cargo shipping is slower than DHL or UPS, normally it takes 8-14 days till delivered. It's slower, but the most important thing is that the shipment of vapes can still be delivered to your house smoothly.

We will update you the tracking number promptly since the shipment is sent out from us.

For small package under 21kg, we will get the tracking number from FedEx, and you can track your shipment on the site www.fedex.com.
For regular package over 21kg, we will get the tracking number from UPS, and you can track your shipment on the site www.ups.com.

The shipping info won't be updated until the shipment is arrived at US first and completed the customs clearance. Then the shipment will be forwarded to your local UPS or FedEx to finish the last delivery.
Once we updated you the tracking number, it means the shipment must depart from us. As told above, though the shipping info is not updated at the beginning, just keep more patience.

There is not any extra taxes charged for all shipments through Air cargo shipping.

We will keep our eyes all the time till your shipment delivered finally.
